Why Sell Food Here

A weekend built around eating

People don't come to a Lebanese festival to look — they come to eat. Friday night through Sunday afternoon, your line never really stops.

🚶

Heavy, all-day foot traffic

Food booths line the main festival walkway, where every guest passes you on the way to the music stage, the marketplace, and the kids' area — over and over, all weekend.

😋

A crowd that came to eat

Lebanese food is the heart of this festival. Guests show up planning to graze across mezze, mains, and sweets — and they bring their families, so tickets multiply fast.

📍

Prime, organized placement

We lay out the food row for steady flow, not bottlenecks. Tell us your setup on the application and we'll place you where your kitchen and your line both work.

📣

Promotion that fills your line

Food vendors get featured across our social channels and in the email blast to past attendees from Stockton, Modesto, Lodi, Tracy, Manteca, and the Sacramento area.

💵

One flat rate, no surprises

A food booth is a single flat fee for all three days. No per-day charges, no percentage of sales, no hidden line items. What you earn over the weekend is yours.

🔁

Vendors who come back

In its 18th year, this festival has a roster of food vendors who return every September because the weekend pays off. Spots in the food row are limited and fill early.

The Food Booth

What's included

Everything below comes with a Food booth for the full three-day weekend.

📐

10×20 booth space

A generous 10-foot-by-20-foot footprint — room for your cook line, prep, and a service window facing the walkway.

Power-hookup eligible

Food booths are eligible for an electrical hookup for your equipment. Note your amperage and outlet needs on the application so we can plan the grid.

Premium walkway placement

Food booths get the festival's highest-traffic positions along the main path — the spots guests can't miss.

🪑

Tables & electricity on request

Need tables, extra power, or a specific layout? Add it to your application and our vendor team will sort the details with you.

📲

Social & email promotion

Your booth is featured in our pre-festival marketing to thousands of past guests across the Central Valley.

🗓️

All three days

One booth, Friday through Sunday — September 11–13, 2026 — at a single flat rate of $450.

Health Permits & Requirements

What every food vendor needs in place

Selling food to the public means meeting San Joaquin County rules. Here's the short version so there are no surprises.

  • Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit. Food vendors must obtain a San Joaquin County temporary food facility permit through San Joaquin County Environmental Health before the event. We'll share the application link and a checklist after you're confirmed.
  • Handwashing & sanitation. Your booth needs an approved handwashing setup, sanitizer, and safe food-holding temperatures (hot held hot, cold held cold). Bring thermometers.
  • Fire safety for cooking. Booths that cook with open flame, propane, or hot oil need the proper fire extinguisher on hand and must follow the festival fire marshal's spacing rules.
  • Liability insurance. A current general liability certificate is required, naming the festival as additional insured.

Don't worry if you haven't done this before — our vendor team walks first-time food vendors through every step after you apply. Questions now? Contact the vendor team or see the vendor FAQ.
