Why Makers Love This Festival

A handmade-loving, gift-buying crowd

This isn't a flea market — it's a cultural celebration where guests arrive ready to discover, connect, and buy something special.

🧶

Shoppers who value handmade

Festival-goers come for authentic, one-of-a-kind work. They appreciate the hours behind a hand-thrown bowl or a beaded necklace — and they pay for it.

🎁

A gift-buying weekend

With family reunions, friends meeting up, and the holidays not far off, the festival is a natural place to find gifts. Your booth catches buyers in the mood to spend.

🚶

Prime walkway placement

Artisan booths line the main festival walkway, so every guest passing between the food court and the music stage walks right past your table.

📱

Social media features

We spotlight standout makers across our Instagram and Facebook to thousands of followers in Stockton, Modesto, Lodi, and Sacramento — free exposure before and during the festival.

🤝

A welcoming maker community

Vendors come back year after year. You'll be set up alongside Stockton and San Joaquin County artisans who share tips, send buyers your way, and make the weekend genuinely fun.

🌿

Lebanese culture, open doors

Lebanese, imported, and local crafts all belong here. The festival celebrates heritage and handwork of every kind — your style fits right in.

What You Can Sell

From jewelry to woodwork — handmade wins here

If you make it by hand or curate it with care, there's likely a place for it on the walkway. A sample of what does well:

Setup, Display & Logistics

What to plan for

A little prep makes for a smooth, profitable weekend. Here's the practical side.

🚚

Load-in & setup

Plan to arrive Friday morning before gates open for load-in and setup. Exact load-in windows and parking details go out with your confirmation email after your application is accepted.

What to bring

Bring your own 10×10 pop-up tent, tables, chairs, table coverings, and your display fixtures. Weights or stakes for your tent are strongly recommended for breezy Central Valley afternoons.

☀️

Weather prep

September in Stockton can be warm and sunny. Pack shade, water, sunscreen, and a way to keep delicate goods (like candles or chocolate-based items) cool during the day.

🔌

Power & tables

Need electricity for lighting or a card reader, or a table or two? Request it on the application. Power and tables are limited, so the earlier you ask, the better.

💳

Getting paid

Bring a charged phone and a mobile card reader plus some cash for change. Strong cell service makes tap-to-pay easy and keeps your line moving.

📦

Stock smart

Bring a deep, varied range across price points — small impulse pieces and signature higher-ticket work. Restock-able items in the $10–$40 range tend to move fastest with the festival crowd.
